Dynasty Solar’s campaign is used to communicate with contacts that have reached out to us from one of our ads regarding their interest in solar energy and receive a customized quote for their solar project.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the SMS message or shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our cancellation policy is designed to be clear and straightforward. You may cancel at any time. Dynasty Solar operates on a no-refund policy. Once payments are made, they are final. Even if you choose to cancel your service(s), we will not be able to offer a refund for any payments already made.

We reserve the right to suspend or deactivate accounts that do not adhere to professional conduct.
4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be deemed to have been made and entered into in the State of Florida and shall, in all respects, be interpreted, enforced, and governed under the laws of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Prior to initiating any litigation, the Parties agree to first attempt to resolve any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement through binding arbitration. This arbitration shall be conducted in Orange County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body mutually agreed upon by the Parties.
The Parties expressly consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts located in Orange County, Florida subsequent to any arbitration process. None of the Parties will attempt to deny or defeat such personal jurisdiction or venue. The Parties expressly waive any claims or defenses of forum non conveniens with respect to jurisdiction and venue in the same.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
